Terms Of Service

This TOS are made for freelance commission artworks. Commercial works have different TOS. To discuss it, contact me through my Email or social media.

Creative Guidelines:

○ I reserve the right to refuse a request at my own discretion.○ Payment comes fully after discussing idea and creating fast rough sketches that look like stickmen. They needed to catch the idea and mood and to understand if we can work together. It was also made to prevent AI scam schemes.○ First consultation is free and contains creating fast rough sketches, answering and asking questions and discuss ideas and prices. Feel free to consulate before actual work.○ Only first 3 changes are free (i. e., correcting details). Other are coming for additional payment. Changes are free if there was my mistake in design and/or I forgot to add something Commissioner (you) and I discussed.○ One Commission (e.g., picture, craft item, sticker set, etc.) will be done in one month after the date of payment.
If multiple Commission are ordered, I work on them in a row one item at a time with different deadlines. Faster work costs extra and depends on the queue and amount of work.○ Requested art is an art made for free on request of Users in social media. This type of art doesnt have deadline, I have a right to not create art with requested character at all.○ Because of several factors i cant control, i cant do refunds and i finish my work to the point it was paid for.

Usage Restrictions:

○ Artwork is for personal use only (e.g., home decor, user pictures and showcasing your character), not for commercial use, resale or use it in merch. If you need to use it this way, discuss it with me personally.○ Rights to use my finished work for your purposes may be purchased. After purchasing the rights, I will edit the work to suit your needs. If you have any questions, please contact me via social media or email.
The drawing of interest cannot be someone else's commission, fanart, or a drawing of my original characters.○ The right to commercially use a previously commissioned drawing can be purchased any time. Which means that if you have ever ordered a work from me and you want to use it commercially (as a cover for a book or song, merch, etc.) you can buy the rights at any time.○ I reserve the right to utilize the Commission for personal purposes such as showcasing it in my portfolio as an example work and posting it with special Commission watermark.
I can use Requested art (art made for free) in creating merch and showcasing.○ If you share your commissioned piece online, kindly credit my work on social media. I will appreciate it a lot! ♥○ I have a right to post it or not post Commission on my social media.○ Do not delete my personal watermark from work and don't claim it as your own.○ You CAN NOT train any AI model with my work and use it for any AI-related purposes. Same with NFT, you CAN NOT use my work in any NFT related proposes. It comes to every art work of mine: commissioned, requested or made for social media.

Communication:

○ Avoid potential confusion by maintaining consistent usernames or/and user pictures, so i can contact you freely.○ Do not delete your account while we working. Waiting for an answer doesnt count in deadline. It needed for situations when Commissioner disappears and answer only when deadline expires. If you lost your account, make sure to contact me.○ I stop working if i cant contact you until you answer.○ Once completed, the art will be forwarded via a secure Dropbox link or Email without special Commission watermark. If you prefer other way - contact me, if it's possible I will use it.
